Job Title: Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mobile Engineer to take ownership and leadership of our mobile development across both iOS and Android platforms. You will design and build new functionality and user experiences that support Dacr in a fast-paced, startup environment. This role requires someone who thrives in remote work settings, has a strong foundation in native mobile development, and can balance technical leadership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and backend teams, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure the mobile applications are optimized for user experience, including performance tuning, debugging, and analytics.
• Translate designs (we use Sketch) into robust, production-ready mobile solutions.
• Debugging and problem-solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges in real time.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5**+ years of experience** in mobile development, including both iOS and Android, with proven success in submitting apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) and hands-on experience with mobile libraries, frameworks, and tools.
• Expertise in Native app development at scale, including building and maintaining mobile applications in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple devices.
